Logistics & Coach Bus – Terms Of Use

Official Agreement

  1. Rental Period (Coach Bus Only)
    • Chauffeured rentals cover 12 hours per day, ending at 8:30 PM.
    • If your rental begins in the afternoon (around 12 PM), the service will still conclude at 8:30 PM that same day.

  2. Payment Terms (Logistics & Coach Bus)

    • Full payment is kindly required before the rental commences.

    • Payments may be made via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer ONLY.

  3. Deposit:(Logistics & Coach Bus)
    Kindly note that a 20% or full payment must be made as a commitment fee before we assign a vehicle to you.

  4. No Cash Payments:(Logistics & Coach Bus)

    • For your security, we do not accept cash for rentals.

    • Please avoid making any direct payments to drivers (except for tips).

  5. Loading Boys:(Logistics Only)

    • Each Loader (Loading Boy) costs ₵120 to ₵650.00, depending on the Cargo and Location of the load.
    • The minimum number of loading personnel available for hire is 2, and their services are strictly provided upon the client’s request.
  6. Fuelling:(Logistics & Coach Bus)

    Fuel costs are charged inclusive (together) with the rental rates.

  7. Drop-off Fuel Policy:(Coach Bus Only)

    Clients are required to contact Muvars agent to request a drop-off rate.

  8. Change of Destination:(Logistics & Coach Bus)
    A change of rental destination will incur an additional fee. Please contact us immediately     for assistance.
  9.  Cancellations:(Logistics & Coach Bus)(Logistics & Coach Bus)
    Cancellations made 11 to 2 hours before pick-up will incur a 25% fee.
  10. Postponing:(Logistics & Coach Bus)
    Postponing made 11 to 2 hours before pick-up will incur a 20% fee.
  11. Overnight Rentals (Day & Night Working):(Coach Bus Only)
    An Additional fare of Half (50%) of the Daily Rate will be charged together as overnight work. For Only night 
  12. Report:
    Any inconspicuous, unobvious, or unapparent damage to the vehicle is to be reported immediately.
  13. Indemnity:
    Renters are obliged to pay the full cost of any vehicle in case of theft of parts, body dents, scratches, vandalism, accidents, or damage resulting from any act of the renter.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.

    • NO SMOKING of cigarettes or marijuana is allowed in this car 
    • DON’T ATTEMPT to book this car for a location and end up in a different region 
    • DO inspect the car on delivery and return. 
    • The car is available for rent for a minimum of 2 days. The rental price includes unlimited mileage.
