Official Agreement

The parties involved agree that the tenure of this agreement terminates upon the end date specified above.

Failure to perform the letter task by the renter will incur an additional cost.

  1. Deposit:
    Kindly note that a 20% or full payment must be made as a commitment fee before we assign a vehicle to you.
  2. Logistics Loading Boys:
    Each Loader (Loading Boy) costs ₵120 to ₵650.00 depending on the Cargo and Location of the load.
  3. Loading Boys:
    The minimum number of loading personnel available for hire is (2) two, and their services are strictly provided upon the client’s request.
  4. Fueling:

    Fuel costs are charged inclusive of the rental rates.

  5. Working Time:
    The vehicle’s working time is 8 hours. It does not work after 8:00 PM, and it’s flexible, as agreed by both parties.
  6. Change of Destination:
    A change of rental destination will incur an additional fee. Please contact our office immediately     for assistance.
  7.  Cancellations:
    Cancellations made 24 to 12 hours before pick-up will incur a 20% fee.
    Cancellations made 11 to 2 hours before pick-up will incur a 50% fee.
  8. Postponing:
    Postponing made 24 to 12 hours before pick-up will incur a 15% fee.
    Postponing made 11 to 2 hours before pick-up will incur a 30% fee.
  9. Overnight Rentals (Day & Night Working):
    An Additional fare of Half (50%) of the Daily Rate will be charged together as overnight work.
  10. Report:
    Any inconspicuous, unobvious, unapparent damage to the vehicle is to be reported immediately.
  11. Indemnity:
    Renters are obliged to pay the full cost of any vehicle in case of theft of parts, body dents, scratches, vandalism, accidents, and damage resulting from working by any act of the renter.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.

    • NO SMOKING of cigarettes or marijuana is allowed in this car 
    • DON’T ATTEMPT To book this car for a location and end up in a different region 
    • DO Inspect the car on delivery and return. 
    • The car is available for rent for a minimum of 2 days. The rental price includes unlimited mileage.
