Coach Bus – Terms Of Use

Official Agreement

  1. Rental Period
    • Chauffeured rentals cover 12 hours per day, ending at 9:00 PM.
    • We start work as early as 4:30 AM
    • If your rental begins in the afternoon (around 12 PM), the service will still conclude at 9:00 PM that same day.
  2. Hour Rental:
    We do not offer hourly rentals.
    Hourly bookings are charged at the same rate as a full-day rental.
  3. Pro forma Invoice Duration:
    All invoices remain valid for 10 business days after submission.
    Kindly request an updated invoice if the validity period has expired.
  4. Deposit:
    Kindly note that a 50% or full payment must be made as a commitment fee. Before we can assign a vehicle to you.

  5. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is kindly required before the rental commences.

    • Payments may be made via Mobile Money or Bank Transfer ONLY.

  6. No Cash Payments:

    • For your security, we do not accept cash for rentals.

    • Please avoid making any direct payments to drivers (except for tips).

    • If any payment is requested, kindly confirm with your sales agent before proceeding.

  7. Fuelling:

    Fuel costs are charged inclusive (together) with the rental rates.

  8. Drop-off Fuel Policy:

    Clients are required to contact Muvars agent to request a drop-off rate.

  9. Change of Destination:
    A change of rental destination will incur an additional fee. Please contact us immediately     for assistance.
  10.  Cancellations:
    Cancellations made 24 to 5 hours before pick-up will incur a 30% fee.
  11. Postponing:
    Postponing made 11 to 2 hours before pick-up will incur a 20% fee.
  12. Overnight Rentals (Day & Night Working):
    An Additional fare of Half (50%) of the Daily Rate will be charged together as overnight work. For Only night 
  13. Report:
    Any inconspicuous, unobvious, or unapparent damage to the vehicle is to be reported immediately.
  14. Indemnity:
    Renters are obliged to pay the full cost of any vehicle in case of theft of parts, body dents, scratches, vandalism, accidents, or damage resulting from any act of the renter.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.

    • NO SMOKING of cigarettes or marijuana is allowed in this car 
    • DON’T ATTEMPT to book this car for a location and end up in a different region 
    • DO inspect the car on delivery and return. 
    • The car is available for rent for a minimum of 1 days. The rental price includes unlimited mileage.
